My Journey—The Fire That Forged Me.
I didn’t choose this work.
This work chose me—after I shattered.
I know what it feels like to wake up and not recognize the woman in the mirror. To lose yourself in roles, relationships, and expectations that were never truly yours. To be so deep in the dark that you wonder if you’ll ever find your way back.
I’ve lived through it all:
The weight of relationships that drained me, leaving me questioning my worth and purpose. The ache of betrayals and broken trust that made me wonder if I could ever let my guard down again.
The exhaustion of carrying everyone else’s expectations while losing sight of my own desires. The battle of trying to be the “good girl,” the “strong woman,” the “perfect mother”—all while crumbling inside.
But here's the thing:
No one came to save me.
I had a choice:
Stay stuck in the cycle — pretending, performing, surviving — Or burn it all down and rebuild from truth.
So I did the work.
I confronted the trauma.
I faced the lies I told myself.
I let go of who I thought I had to be—and gave myself permission to be who I actually am.
It wasn’t pretty.
It wasn’t easy.
But it was real.
And on the other side of all that pain?
I found her!!!

Because I know how hard it is.

We’re raising four incredible kids, a flock of chickens and ducks, plus two cats, three dogs, a bunny, and a gecko — because, why not?
Our home is loud, full of love, laughter, lessons, and a whole lot of real.

Sunsets on the homestead or at the Lake, watching our kids run wild and free.
